Accessing Your Transaction History on ibobet
On the ibobet Android app, tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and select "Transaction History". On iOS via browser, log in to ibobet.app, tap your profile icon, and choose "History". Both paths show the same data: a chronological list of all deposits, withdrawals, and bets from newest to oldest. Each entry displays the date, time, amount, payment method, and status.
You can filter your history by transaction type. Tap "Deposits" to see only money you've added to your account. Tap "Withdrawals" to see only cashouts. Tap "Bets" to see only wagers you've placed on Liga 1, Piala AFF, or casino games. This filtering is useful if you're tracking a specific transaction or reconciling your account during tax season.
Your transaction history is encrypted end-to-end, so only you and ibobet can see it. We never share it with payment providers or third parties.
Understanding Deposit Entries
When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment, your transaction history shows the exact moment we received confirmation from the payment provider. The entry includes the amount, the payment method, and a status: "Completed" if the deposit succeeded, or "Pending" if we're still waiting for confirmation. Most e-wallet and mobile banking deposits show "Completed" within seconds. Bank transfers (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) may show "Pending" for up to one business day while we verify the incoming transfer.
If a deposit shows "Failed", it means the payment provider rejected the transaction — usually because your account had insufficient funds or you cancelled the payment in your bank's app. In this case, no money left your account, and your ibobet balance remains unchanged. You can retry the deposit immediately.
Deposits via local payment work the same way: you scan the QR code, authorize payment in your bank app, and we receive confirmation. Your transaction history shows the online payment transaction with the same timestamp and status tracking as other payment methods.
Understanding Withdrawal Entries
Withdrawals on ibobet follow a three-stage process, and your transaction history tracks each stage. When you request a withdrawal, the entry shows "Pending Review" — we're checking your account for fraud signals and verifying your KYC details. This typically takes 2–4 hours during business hours. Once we approve it, the status changes to "Processing" — we're sending your funds to your chosen payment method. Finally, the status becomes "Completed" when the payment provider confirms receipt.
If a withdrawal shows "Rejected", it means we detected a mismatch between your withdrawal destination and your KYC record, or we flagged the transaction for manual review. In this case, your funds return to your ibobet account, and we send you an email explaining why. You can contact our support team to resolve the issue and retry.
- Pending Review
- We're verifying your account and checking for fraud. This stage typically lasts 2–4 hours.
- Processing
- We've approved your withdrawal and sent it to the payment provider. Timing depends on the payment method.
- Completed
- The payment provider has confirmed receipt. Your funds should appear in your account within one business day.
- Rejected
- We detected an issue (KYC mismatch, fraud signal). Your funds return to your ibobet account. Check your email for details.
Bet History and Game Records
Your transaction history also logs every bet you place on ibobet. When you wager on a Liga 1 match, a Piala AFF tournament, or a casino game, the entry shows the bet amount, the game or match, the odds (if applicable), and the outcome. If you won, the entry shows your payout. If you lost, it shows your stake. This creates a complete audit trail of your gaming activity.
Bet entries are timestamped to the second, so you can verify exactly when you placed a wager. This is useful if you're tracking your betting patterns or if you need to dispute a bet outcome. Our support team can reference your bet history to investigate any concerns.
Your transaction history is your proof of account activity. Keep it for your records, especially during tax season or if you need to verify your account with a payment provider.
Exporting and Downloading Your History
On ibobet, you can export your transaction history as a CSV file for personal record-keeping. Tap the menu icon in the Transaction History section and select "Export". We'll generate a file containing all your transactions from the past year. You can download it to your phone or email it to yourself. This is useful for tax purposes or for keeping a backup of your account records.
The exported file includes all transaction details: date, time, amount, payment method, status, and notes. It does not include your password or sensitive account credentials — only transaction data. You control who sees this file; we never share it with third parties.
Mobile App vs. Browser Access
Your transaction history is identical whether you access it via the ibobet Android app or the iOS browser. The Android app loads your history slightly faster because it caches recent transactions locally. The browser version fetches your history from our servers each time, but the difference is negligible on 4G. Both paths are equally secure — your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
If you're on a metered mobile plan, the Android app uses less data because it caches your history. If you're on unlimited data, the difference is imperceptible. Either way, your transaction history is always available, always accurate, and always yours to review.
